Refocus Creative offers video production and marketing services as outlined in the service descriptions provided on our website. This includes but is not limited to, video creation, filming, editing, Google Ad optimization and management and delivery of the final product to the Client.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refocus Creative adheres to the following refund policy regarding payments made through online credit card transactions:

 

• Requests for refunds must be made within three (3) days of the payment date.

 

• Refunds are only applicable to payments made in excess of the deposit amount.

 

• Deposits for services are non-refundable after the commencement of the project.

 

• Refunds are processed based on the following criteria: unfixable quality issues, non-delivery, and acts of God.

 

• Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

 

Force Majeure

 

Refocus Creative shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to, acts of God, health or illness, transportation failure, natural disasters, labor disputes, political unrest, or governmental actions.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

In no event shall Refocus Creative, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, including but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, lack of business or sales, or business interruption.

 

No Guarantee

 

Refocus Creative does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of our services. While we strive to provide high-quality services, the nature of creative projects and market responses may vary, and therefore, specific business outcomes cannot be assured.
